In one embodiment, a passageway block comprises a first passage and a second passage, each of the first passage and the second passage including inlets and outlets to the passageway block, none of the inlets and outlets being concentric with one another; but within the passageway block, for at least a portion, a third passage concentrically surrounds the second passage.
