    Abstract: A power bank device includes a load node, a power-supply circuit, an output circuit, a detecting unit, and a control circuit. The power-supply circuit provides an output current via the load node. The output circuit generates an output voltage at the load node according to the output current. The detecting unit generates a detecting signal according to the output current. The output circuit includes an impedance circuit.
