Abstract: A system of a vehicle includes: a camera configured to capture images within a predetermined field of view at least one of: in front, behind, and beside the vehicle; a license plate module configured to determine license plate information of a license plate attached to another vehicle; an event module configured to: based on at least one of the images, determine whether the other vehicle performed a predetermined type of driving maneuver; and generate an indicator in response to the other vehicle performing the predetermined type of driving maneuver; a reporting module configured to, in response to the generation of the indicator, generate a report including: the license plate information of the license plate attached to the other vehicle; and the predetermined type of driving maneuver performed by the other vehicle; and a communication module configured to wirelessly transmit the report to a server via at least one antenna.

Abstract: A system for cancelling objectionable wind noise in a vehicle cabin includes a wind noise identification module that is configured to receive data from a microphone indicating a noise measured in a cabin of a vehicle and determine whether the noise is objectionable wind noise based on (i) a position of a moveable panel configured to cover an opening in a body of the vehicle and (ii) at least one of an amplitude of the noise and a frequency of the noise. The system also includes a first noise cancellation module that is configured to generate a noise cancellation waveform to mitigate the noise based on at least one of the amplitude of the noise and the frequency of the noise when the noise is objectionable wind noise.

Abstract: A sound control module is configured to, based on a type of road over which a vehicle is traveling and a smoothness of the road, at least one of: determine a first frequency and a first increase at which to increase a first magnitude of a microphone signal; and determine a second frequency and a first decrease at which to decrease a second magnitude of the microphone signal. An audio driver module is configured to: receive the microphone signal from a microphone of the vehicle; generate an adjusted microphone signal by at least one of: increasing the first magnitude of the microphone signal at the first frequency based on the first increase; and decreasing the second magnitude of the microphone signal at the second frequency based on the first decrease; and apply power to a speaker of the vehicle based on the adjusted microphone signal.

Abstract: A system according to the present disclosure includes a launch identification module and a speaker control module. The launch identification module is configured to monitor a speed of a vehicle and identify a vehicle launch when the vehicle speed increases from zero to a value greater than zero. The speaker control module is configured to monitor an acceleration of the vehicle control a speaker in a cabin of the vehicle to play a first sound that simulates a sound produced by at least one of an engine and a driveline during a vehicle launch when a vehicle launch is identified and the vehicle acceleration is greater than a predetermined acceleration. The speaker control module is also configured to control the speaker to not play the first sound during a vehicle launch when a vehicle launch is identified and the vehicle acceleration is less than or equal to the predetermined acceleration.
