Abstract:
Disclosed is a loudspeaker module, comprising a module housing and a single loudspeaker; a module inner cavity configured to receive the single loudspeaker is formed in the module housing; and the module housing comprises a module upper housing and a module lower housing, the module upper housing is arranged at the outer side of a front cover of the single loudspeaker, the module upper housing is provided with a metal sheet in an injection molding manner, and a grounding terminal configured to be in grounding connection with an application terminal of the loudspeaker module is led out from the metal sheet. The loudspeaker module of the present invention not only is aiding in thinning, but also can ensure the matching stability between a loudspeaker and an application terminal.
Abstract:
The invention provides an ultrathin speaker module, comprising: a casing, which is provided with a sound hole thereon; a speaker unit, which comprises a diaphragm; a first separating wall, which is provided with a diaphragm accommodating hole, wherein the diaphragm of the speaker unit is fixed in the diaphragm accommodating hole, and the first separating wall and the diaphragm separate the internal space of the casing into an upper space and a lower space; and a second separating wall, which separates the upper space into one first upper cavity and at least one second upper cavity, wherein the first upper cavity comprises the diaphragm and forms a front acoustic cavity, and the front acoustic cavity is in communication with the outside through the sound hole on the casing; and the at least one second upper cavity is in communication with the lower space through a through hole on the first separating wall, and forms a rear acoustic cavity. The speaker module of the invention utilizes the internal space to increase the volume of the rear acoustic cavity thereby reducing the impact of the thinning on the low frequency acoustic characterstics of the speaker module.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a loudspeaker module, comprising a shell, wherein a vibrating system and a magnetic circuit system are accommodated in the shell, the vibrating system comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil which are combined together; a whole inner cavity of the module is divided by the vibrating diaphragm into two cavities, i.e. a front voice cavity and a rear voice cavity; an edge portion of the vibrating diaphragm is fixed on the shell by using an annular supporting member, a plurality of cavity expansion portions formed by incomplete filling are distributed on the supporting member at intervals, and each of the cavity expansion portions is communicated with the rear voice cavity. The loudspeaker module of the present disclosure solves the technical problem of F0 rising due to the narrow rear voice cavity of the loudspeaker module in the prior art.
Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a speaker module. The speaker module comprises a housing, and a speaker unit located within the inner chamber of the housing. The speaker unit separates the inner chamber into a front sound chamber and a rear sound chamber which are isolated from each other. The housing is embedded with a metal sheet, the metal sheet being provided with a pressure relief hole which is acoustically sealed and used for communicating a rear sound chamber and the external environment. The pressure relief hole is provided with a mesh on the side away from the rear sound chamber. The speaker module provided by the present invention has a housing embedded with a metal sheet, the metal sheet being provided with a pressure relief hole. The inner diameter of the pressure relief hole can be made small according to actual needs. The rear sound chamber and the external environment can reach an air pressure balance and have good acoustic seal effect without additional arrangement of pressure relief groove. Furthermore, the pressure relief hole of the speaker module does not need a gland. The structure is simple and the yield rate is high.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a blocking piece covering the sound hole of a loudspeaker and an assembling method thereof, and a loudspeaker module. The blocking piece covering the sound hole of the loudspeaker module is arranged at a position where the sound hole is located on the case of the loudspeaker module and covers the sound hole. The blocking piece is made of a nonmetallic flexible net. The nonmetallic net-shaped blocking piece and the case are formed integrally by injection moulding. The loudspeaker module and the blocking piece covering the sound hole thereof in the present invention have advantages of good acoustic performance, high reliability, high space utilization rate and high production efficiency. The assembling method for the blocking piece covering the sound hole of the loudspeaker module further makes the assembling of the blocking piece convenient for operation, and improves the assembling efficiency and assembling quality.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a speaker module, comprising a housing and a speaker unit located in an inner cavity of the housing and dividing the inner cavity into a front acoustic cavity and a rear acoustic cavity separated from each other, wherein the housing is additionally provided with a pressure relief device configured to communicate the rear acoustic cavity with an external environment and implement an acoustic seal, the pressure relief device comprises a pressure relief hole extending through a thickness direction of the housing and provided with a gland on one side close to the rear acoustic cavity, and a pressure relief groove is disposed at a surface of the gland close to the pressure relief hole, one end of the pressure relief groove is connected with the pressure relief hole, the other end of the pressure relief groove is led out of an end of the gland, and the pressure relief groove and the pressure relief hole together make up a pressure relief passage of the rear acoustic cavity. The pressure relief grooves of the pressure relief devices of the speaker modules are arranged on the gland, which makes processing easier and can effectively improve the yield of the speaker module.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a micro speaker, comprising a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system and a support system; the vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm; a dodging groove is provided on a dome portion of the vibrating diaphragm opposite to a groove structure of an upper housing; the depth of the dodging groove is not less than that of the groove structure; an orthographic projection area of the dodging groove covers that of the groove structure; a dodging structure is provided on a washer of the magnetic circuit system opposite to the dodging groove; the depth of the dodging structure is not less than that of the dodging groove; and the orthographic projection area of the dodging structure covers that of the dodging groove.
