The device for performing the strengthening treatment on the tooth root of the gear according to the present application can impact a tooth root of a gear to be processed continuously under the action of the punch driver, and has a high efficiency while having a stable effect. The device in the present application is not limited by a complicated geometrical shape and a narrow space of the tooth root. Thus, it may be known that the devices according to the present application can address the issue of a low efficiency and poor effect in a current shot peening technique during performing the strengthening treatment on the tooth root.

The invention provides a lead titanate coating and a preparing method thereof. According to the method, mixed powder is sprayed on the surface of a matrix, and through polarization, the lead titanate coating is acquired. The mixed powder comprises PbTiO3 powder, PbO powder and Al powder. Lead titanate (PbTiO3) is a kind of ferroelectric material, and can be used for preparing a piezoelectric sensor. Besides, the PbO powder and the Al powder are added, so that the piezoelectric property of the lead titanate coating can be improved. Since the lead titanate coating prepared by the present invention can be combined with the matrix closely and the intensity of piezoelectric signal is high, it can be widely applied to mechanical parts, such as a piston ring, a cylinder, a gear, and the like, to dynamically monitor the service situations of the parts better.

Disclosed is an agglomerated TiN powder, the powder comprising spherical aggregates having particle diameters of 40 to 80 μm and formed by the agglomeration of Ti and N having the atomic fractions of 72% and 28% respectively. Also provided is a TiN coating obtained using the powder. The three-strong-peak phase of the coating is a TiN phase, and also has partial TiO, TiO2, and Ti3O oxide phases; the coating has layered distribution of bright and dark phases, and the joint between the interior of the layered structure and the layer structure is provided with a small number of pores; the joint between the coating and a base has no microscopic defects such as cracks and is well jointed. The supersonic plasma-sprayed TiN coating achieves hardness as high as 1210HV0.1, thereby enhancing the wear resistance of the coating. The coating has good fracture toughness, thereby enhancing the fracture mechanical performance inside of the coating and extending the fatigue life of the coating. Also provided are a preparation method for the TiN coating, and a mold coated with said TiN coating.

The present invention disclose a smart coating comprising a substrate, optionally a first insulating layer, a plurality of first sensing units, a second insulating layer, a plurality of second sensing units and optionally a wear-resistant layer, wherein the plurality of first sensing units and the plurality of second sensing units have piezoelectric effect. The smart coating can provide real-time monitoring and feedback of the worn state of the surface of a part while eliminating the need to adhere a senor. Compared with the existing sensors and substrates bound by adhesion, the smart coating provided in the present application can avoid poor adhesion between the sensor and substrate. Furthermore, damaged positions can be located precisely so as to provide more and more accurate information regarding worn state of the part surface, which is in favor of monitoring and post-stage analysis on the worn state of the surface of the part.

A method and a structure for improving adhesion strength of a coating are provided. The method includes: step 1), preparing textured patterns, where at least one type of pattern is textured on a surface of a substrate using a laser process based on bionics; step 2), regulating a parameter, where a spraying process parameter is regulated based on a parameter of the textured patterns; and step 3), spraying a coating, where spraying is performed on the substrate obtained in step 1) using a supersonic plasma spraying method.
