Abstract: Disclosed is a cold forged gear steel. In addition to Fe and inevitable impurities, the cold forged gear steel further comprises the following chemical elements in mass percentage: 0.15-0.17% of C, 0.10-0.20% of Si, 1.0-1.10% of Mn, 0.80-0.90% of Cr and 0.02-0.04% of Al. Correspondingly, further disclosed is a manufacturing method for the cold forged gear steel, comprising the steps of: (1) smelting and casting; (2) heating; (3) forging or rolling; and (4) spheroidizing annealing: heating to and keeping at 750-770° C., then cooling with a cooling rate of 5-15° C./h to and keeping at 700-720° C., cooling with a cooling rate of 3-12° C./h to and keeping at 660-680° C., and cooling with a cooling rate of 5-20° C./h to 500° C. or below, and then tapping and cooling.

A dual-frequency power-supply apparatus 1 includes a power supply 10 that alternately outputs a low-frequency current and a high-frequency current. The power supply 10 has an inverter 30 that converts a direct current into the low-frequency current and the high-frequency current and a controller 40 that controls the inverter 30. The controller 40 repeats, in this order, a first output period T11 in which the low-frequency current is output, a first intermission T12 in which output is stopped, a second output period T13 in which the high-frequency current is output, and a second intermission T14 in which output is stopped. The controller 40 sets the length of the first intermission T12 longer than a time Ta until the polarity of the output voltage of the power supply 10 is reversed fourthly after transition from the first output period T11 to the first intermission T12.-

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a manual tool, comprising: performing dual-frequency induction quenching on a first surface of a moment output part or a moment transmission part of the manual tool such that a quench-hardened layer is formed within a first depth range from the first surface of the moment output part to the interior of the moment output part or within a first depth range from the first surface of the moment transmission part to the interior of the moment transmission part, the hardness of the quench-hardened layer being higher than that of the body of the moment output part or the moment transmission part; the dual-frequency induction quenching being configured to simultaneously feed or introduce a high-frequency current and an intermediate-frequency current to the same induction coil to simultaneously heat the first surface of the moment output part or the first surface of the moment transmission part by the high-frequency current and the intermediate-frequency current, and then the moment output part or the moment transmission part being cooled and quenched. The present invention also discloses a manual tool manufactured by the above method. The manual tool subjected to double-frequency induction quenching according to the present invention has good abrasion resistance.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a nitrided steel member and the nitrided steel member include: performing a nitriding treatment on a steel member made of a carbon steel or an alloy steel in an atmosphere of a nitriding treatment gas in which when the total pressure is set to 1, a partial pressure ratio of NH3 gas is set to 0.08 to 0.34, a partial pressure ratio of H2 gas is set to 0.54 to 0.82, and a partial pressure ratio of N2 gas is set to 0.09 to 0.18, at a flow speed of the nitriding treatment gas set to 1 m/s or more, at 500 to 620° C.; and thereby, forming an iron nitride compound layer having a thickness of 2 to 17 μm on a surface of the steel member.
