摘要： An artificial breast consists of a soft-elastic dish-shaped plastic body (1) which is symmetrical with respect to a symmetry plane (SE) passing through its tip (3). It has a lateral extension (5) and also a pair of further extensions (6, 7) which lie opposite each other and are arranged on either side of the symmetry plane (SE). The distance (L.sub.2) of the ends (6a, 7a) of the further extensions (6, 7) from the symmetry plane (SE) is smaller than the distance (L.sub.1) of the end (5a) of the lateral extension (5) from the Z axis which lies in the symmetry plane (SE) and passes through the tip (3). When the artificial breast is worn in a brassiere the lower extension (7) is pushed upwardly by the supporting force of the brassiere and the softness of the prosthesis material while the upper extension (6) remains undeformed. The artificial breast can be worn optionally on the right or left body side.

摘要： A closing apparatus for pockets in articles of clothing includes a soft, bendable, thin and flat body member which is securable to a garment and is comprised of at least three body sections, wherein each body section has two side parts, with one side part overlapping a side part of a neighboring body section, and with the other side part extending underneath a side part of another neighboring body section. A seam is applied about the perimeter of the body member for joining the body sections with each other in the respective overlapping areas. Each body section has a rectilinear edge which loosely sits upon the side part of a neighboring body section for closing the pocket of the garment and is displaceable for allowing access to the pocket. The loose edges intersect in a point of intersection which lies essentially in a center of the body member.

摘要： A symmetrical, heart-shaped breast prosthesis has two identical notches which are arranged symmetrically with respect to a plane of symmetry dividing the prosthesis body into two equal halves and at an angle in the range between 30° and 90° between them, in such a way that, when the prosthesis is worn, only one of the two notches is essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the wearer's body. The notches have the effect that the prosthesis collapses slightly when the wearer is in the upright position and becomes flatter when the wearer is in the prostrate position. In the state when worn, the heart-shaped prosthesis which is symmetrical in the unshaped state becomes an asymmetrical prosthesis having a lateral branch and an upper branch which moves downwards when the wearer is in the upright position and slips upwards when the wearer is prostrate.
