摘要： The present invention relates to a conveyor pan (110) for underground face or gate conveyors, with a pair of side parts (101) comprising cast parts which include cast vertical arms (113) extending over the height of the bottom run (106) and the top run (107), a lower cast flange arm (111) extending outwards to the rear, a cast foot flange (112) extending inwards onto whose lower side a base plate (104) is welded which closes the bottom run to the bottom, as well as on the end faces cast accepting elements (114) for the means of joining conveyor pans, and with a conveyor pan base (105) preferably comprising a rolled sheet. This has tongue like segments (109) on both long sides, which engage in cut-out slots (135) in the vertical arms (113) of the side parts (101) and are welded to them on the outer of the side parts (101).

摘要： A conveyor pan connection of a scraper chain conveyor which conveyor pans having side profiles having profiled strips which form guide channels for scrapers and having outwardly directed flange strips. The conveyor pan connection includes coupling plates which are welded in between the outwardly directed flange strips at the ends of the side profiles of the conveyor pans, a first coupling plate projecting from an end of a first conveyor pan over a joint between conveyor pans and a second coupling plate at the opposing end of a second conveyor pan is set back with respect to the joint. Each coupling plate is comprised of a plate portion, an outwardly projecting coupling pin with a convexly rounded rear face, an outwardly projecting retaining lug on the same face and toward the end of the coupling plate distal to the joint, and one or more integral ribs on the rear side of the plate, such that when the coupling plate is in position on the side profile, the plate portion is concealed between the outwardly directed flange strips.

摘要： The device for climbing a pair of ropes (1) includes upper and lower clasps (4,6) for clamping each rope and connecting elements for holding a climber, which include a movable or solid seat (7, 12) or harness (23). Each clasp (4,6) has a housing (21); a yoke (3) in the housing (21) provided with an interior space having beveled inclines widening downward; cotters (10) positioned on opposite sides of the rope (1) in the interior space; rollers (11) arranged movably, but securably, between the cotters (10) and the beveled inclines; a compression spring (20) bearing on an upper end of the yoke (3); and a resilient time servo-component (9) arranged at a lower end of the yoke. The resilient time servo-component (9) acts on the yoke so that the clasp (4,6), when relieved, automatically clamps the rope after a predetermined time interval, thus protecting the climber.

摘要： A conveyor chute for chain scraper conveyors, in particular stope conveyors, having a bottom aperture provided in the conveyor bottom forming an inspection or repair aperture and closed by way of a closure panel during the conveying operation. The closure panel is guided in slot-shaped apertures of the two side profiles of the conveyor chute by way of their opposite panel edges and secured against displacement by a locking device. The two side profiles of the conveyor chute are each formed of two profile strips in superimposed array which are not interconnected to the conveyor bottom in the region of the bottom aperture. The two side profiles form the slot-shaped apertures in which the locking of the closure panel in the closed position takes place only on one of the two side profiles.
