    Abstract: The loudspeaker module includes a loudspeaker unit including a front cover and a casing engaged together, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system received in a space enclosed by the front cover and casing. The loudspeaker module further includes an independent housing enclosing a sealed cavity. The independent housing is provided with an opening communicating the cavity with the exterior. A sidewall of the casing is provided with a rear sound aperture radiating an acoustic wave to a side. The side of the loudspeaker unit provided with the rear sound aperture is sealingly engaged with the independent housing at the opening. A structure of the opening matches with the loudspeaker unit. The rear sound aperture communicates with the cavity. After the loudspeaker unit is engaged with the independent housing, the cavity forms a rear acoustic cavity of the loudspeaker module.

The independent housing is provided with an opening communicating the cavity with the exterior. The loudspeaker module further includes, but is not limited to, a loudspeaker unit including, but not limited to, a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system and a casing and a front cover that receive the vibration system and the magnetic circuit system, a sidewall of the casing is provided with a rear sound aperture. An acoustic wave above the vibration system directly radiates to the exterior, and an acoustic wave below the vibration system radiates to a side via the rear sound aperture. The loudspeaker unit and the independent housing combine so that the rear sound aperture and the opening are sealingly engaged and communicate. The cavity of the independent housing forms a rear acoustic cavity of the loudspeaker module.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a loudspeaker module, which comprises a loudspeaker unit and a module housing for accommodating the loudspeaker unit. The loudspeaker unit comprises a magnetic circuit assembly and a vibration assembly. The module housing comprises a polycarbonate plastic material layer and an elastomeric material layer having a compression amount. The polycarbonate plastic material layer forms an inner layer of the module housing. The elastomeric material layer is at least partially bonded on the outside of the polycarbonate plastic material layer to form the outer layer of the module housing. The polycarbonate plastic material layer and the elastomeric material layer are formed by double-shot injection molding. The loudspeaker module of the present disclosure can effectively solve the problem of the damage to the module housing caused by inflexible contact with other components of the whole machine, and can utilize the outer layer structure to change the resonance frequency, thereby effectively ameliorating the resonance phenomenon of the module housing and optimizing the product performance.

    Abstract: A loudspeaker module comprises a housing and a loudspeaker unit. A cavity for accommodating and fixing the loudspeaker unit is provided in the housing. The loudspeaker unit divides the cavity into a front and rear sound cavity. A sound hole is provided on the housing, which is connected to the front sound cavity by a sound channel, and the loudspeaker unit has a square structure. The sound channel comprises an inner end close to the loudspeaker unit and an outer end communicated with the sound hole. The width of the inner end is longer than three fifths of the length of a side, corresponding to the inner end, of the loudspeaker unit. The loudspeaker module of the present invention has the advantage of good acoustic performance.

    Abstract: A speaker sounding hole device includes a speaker single-unit front cover and a module housing. The speaker single-unit front cover is rectangular, the long edges and/or short edges of the speaker single-unit front cover are provided with open grooves, and the speaker single-unit front cover and the module housing are correspondingly assembled by means of the open grooves. The speaker single-unit front cover provided with the open grooves and the module housing form a front cavity of the speaker sounding hole device. Spaces formed by the open grooves are connected with the front cavity of the speaker sounding hole device to form a sounding channel of the speaker sounding hole device. The device can solve the problems of high cost, long tuning time of the product performance, poor sounding effects and low product efficiency.
