摘要: A door check is provided comprising a housing (2) that can be fixed to a door or door frame and is provided with a first housing half (3) and a second housing half (4) which can be connected to each other, and a stay bar (24) that penetrates an opening (23) within the housing (2) and is pivotally mounted on the door frame or door, the housing (2) and the stay bar (24) not being fixed to/mounted on the same part. The first housing half (3) and the second housing half (4) respectively delimit only one section of the circumference of the opening (23). In order to create a door check that allows reliable and secure retaining and can be produced at low cost, a braking member (13) which is biased in the direction of the stay bar (24) by means of a spring element (20) is disposed in at least one of the two housing halves (3, 4).

摘要: A door arrester is provided which comprises a housing (2), fastened on either the door or the door frame, a retaining rod (24), extending through an opening (23) in the housing (2) and fastened on the respective other part of door and door frame so as to be pivoted, at least one brake member (14) pretensioned in the direction towards the retaining rod (24) and having a peripheral surface (16) that is received in the housing (2) so as to be axially displaceable, and at least two fastening bores (9) oriented at an angle to the locating plane of the housing (2). An aim of the invention is to improve the generic door arrester so that it reliably and securely holds the door while being inexpensive to produce. For this purpose, one fastening bore (9) each is disposed on both sides of the principle planes which are perpendicular to the locating plane of the housing (2).

摘要: The invention relates to a method for incorporation of a biomolecule into a cell including the method steps: i) production of a complex from a biomolecule, preferably a nucleic acid and a polymer which may be obtained by reaction of an amine monomer having at least two amine groups with an epoxide monomer having at least two epoxide groups and ii) incorporation of the biomolecule into a cell bx bringing the cell into contact with the complex. The invention further relates to the transformed cell obtained by said method, the use of a particular polymer for incorporation of a biomolecule into a cell, a kit for incorporation of a biomolecule into a cell, the use of said kit, a complex made from a biomolecule and a polymer, a therapeutic composition, the use of a complex of a biomolecule and a polymer for therapeutic treatment of the human or animal being and a method for treatment of a disease by means of gene therapy.
