    摘要: A novel method and system for enhancing user experience when switching channel in digital video broadcasting system is proposed. The invention proposes a server-based cache mechanism which caches all channels simultaneously in a cache server near from the video playing terminal. The channel switch latency could be heavily reduced since the initial part of the current GOP of any channel could be retrieved from the cache server, therefore the user experience is improved greatly.

    摘要: A co-processor system and a method for loading an application to a local memory of a co-processor system. In the method, re-locatable code and descriptive data are copied from a loading region to a non-loading region. An executable image to be loaded is loaded using the re-locatable code copied to the non-loading region according to the descriptive data. The local memory includes a loading region and a non-loading region, the loading region stories a loader and descriptive data of an executable image to be loaded of the application, and the loader includes re-locatable code. A system is provided for carrying out the steps of the method. In accordance with the system and method of the present invention, flexibility of co-processor system application development is improved without occupying additional storage space.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for reducing spectrum interference between wireless networks. This is realized by arranging at least one sub-coordinating apparatus, namely, a monitoring apparatus, in respective wireless network, and by arranging a coordinating apparatus, namely, an allocation apparatus in the whole network. Wherein, the sub-coordinating apparatus monitors the spectrum utilization situation of the wireless network where it is located, reports it to the coordinating apparatus, and requests the coordinating apparatus for spectrum resource when new spectrum resource is needed. The coordinating apparatus maintains the spectrum utilization information of each wireless network, and allocates appropriate spectrum resource to the sub-coordinating apparatus which requests spectrum resource based on the maintained information. Therefore, the interference of inter-wireless networks is reduced or even avoided through such overall management that the coordinating apparatus allocates corresponding spectrum resources to a plurality of wireless networks capable of sharing spectrum resources.
