Abstract: Provided are a display panel and a method of preparing the same. The display has a display region and a non-display region and includes a substrate and an encapsulation structure, a protective layer and multiple light-emitting devices which are located on the substrate. The multiple light-emitting devices are located in the display region. The encapsulation structure is located on a side of the light-emitting devices away from the substrate, and the encapsulation structure includes a first encapsulation layer and a second encapsulation layer located on a side of the first encapsulation layer facing away from the substrate, the first encapsulation layer and the second encapsulation layer cover the light-emitting devices, and the orthographic projection of the second encapsulation layer on the substrate is located in the display region and the non-display region.
