摘要: An array substrate and a detection method thereof, and a display panel are disclosed. The array substrate includes a plurality of subpixels and a plurality of signal line structures. The plurality of subpixels are arranged in an array of a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns along a first direction and a second direction. Each signal line structure of the plurality of signal line structures includes at least one first detection line extending along the first direction; adjacent (n)th row and (n+1)th row of subpixels in the array form a subpixel row group, and the signal line structure is configured to be connected to the (n)th row and (n+1)th row of subpixels and detect electrical characteristics of first transistors or light-emitting elements in the subpixels.

摘要: An array substrate and a detection method thereof, and a display panel are disclosed. The array substrate includes a plurality of subpixels and a plurality of detection line structures. 摘要: A pixel unit includes a first sub-pixel circuit and a second sub-pixel circuit. 摘要: A detection method of a pixel circuit, a driving method of a display panel, a display device and a pixel circuit are provided. The pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, and the detection method includes a writing phase and a reading phase. The writing phase includes: writing a reference data voltage to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, and writing a first detection writing voltage to a first electrode of the driving transistor to turn on the driving transistor; and the reading phase includes: upon the driving transistor being turned off after a first predetermined time after writing the first detection writing voltage, reading a voltage of the first electrode of the driving transistor to obtain a first detection reading voltage for obtaining a threshold voltage of the driving transistor.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a pixel circuit, a display apparatus and a dual-gate driving transistor. The pixel circuit comprises a dual-gate driving transistor having a drain electrically connected to a first power supply terminal; a threshold voltage compensation unit electrically connected to a data terminal, a first control terminal, a first gate of the dual-gate driving transistor, and a source of the dual-gate driving transistor respectively; a mobility compensation unit electrically connected to a sensing signal terminal, a second control terminal, and the source of the dual-gate driving transistor respectively; and a light emitting control unit electrically connected to the data terminal, a third control terminal, a second gate of the dual-gate driving transistor, the source of the dual-gate driving transistor, and a light emitting device respectively. The threshold voltage compensation unit and the mobility compensation unit perform threshold voltage compensation for the dual-gate driving transistor under the control of the data terminal, the first control terminal, the sensing signal terminal, and the second control terminal; and the mobility compensation unit and the light emitting control unit perform mobility compensation for the dual-gate driving transistor and control the dual-gate driving transistor to drive the light emitting device to emit light under the control of the sensing signal terminal, the second control terminal, the data terminal, and the third control terminal.

摘要: The embodiments of the present application provide a pixel circuit, a method for driving the same, and a display apparatus. A driving sub-circuit in the pixel circuit includes a driving transistor and a first storage capacitor. The first storage capacitor has a first terminal electrically coupled to a gate of the driving transistor, and a second terminal coupled to a second electrode of the driving transistor. A writing sub-circuit is coupled to a scanning signal line, a data line, and the gate of the driving transistor, and is configured to write a data voltage into the driving transistor and maintain the driving transistor to be turned on. A reset sub-circuit is configured to supply an initial voltage to the light emitting sub-circuit so as to reset the light emitting sub-circuit. The driving transistor is further coupled to the light emitting sub-circuit to drive the light emitting sub-circuit to emit light.

The OLED display panel includes: a substrate; and a plurality of sub-pixel areas on the substrate, each of the plurality of sub-pixel areas including a light emitting region and a non-light emitting region, wherein a plurality of insulation layers are in the non-light emitting region and a light emitting assembly is in the light emitting region, and wherein at most two insulation layers of the plurality of insulation layers extend from the non-light emitting region into the light emitting region between the light emitting assembly and the substrate, and wherein total number of the plurality of insulation layers in the non-light emitting region is greater than number of the insulation layers extending from the non-light emitting region into the light emitting region between the light emitting assembly and the substrate.
