Abstract: A materials kit for three-dimensional (3D) printing can include a powder bed material comprising thermoplastic polyurethane particles and a fusing agent including a radiation absorber to selectively apply to the powder bed material. The thermoplastic polyurethane particles can have an average particle size from about 20 μm to about 120 μm and a melting temperature of from about 100° C. to about 250° C., wherein the thermoplastic polyurethane particles include polyurethane polymer strands having an average of about 10 wt % to about 30 wt % hard segments based on a total weight of the thermoplastic polyurethane particles. The hard segments can include a symmetrical aliphatic diisocyanate and a symmetrical aliphatic chain extender that are polymerized into the thermoplastic polyurethane particles.

Abstract: A three-dimensional printing kit can include a particulate build material including from about 80 wt % to 100 wt % metal particles based on the total weight of the particulate build material, and a binder fluid. The binder fluid can include water, latex particles in an amount of from about 1 wt % to about 40 wt % based on the total weight of the binder fluid, and a multihydrazide adhesion promoter in an amount of from about 0.05 wt % to about 3 wt % based on the total weight of the binder fluid.

Abstract: In some examples, a method measures values of a property of a build material aged in a heated environment, and computes, using a predictive model for each of a plurality of recyclability ratios, output values of the property over a plurality of generations of the build material, each recyclability ratio of the plurality of recyclability ratios representing relative amounts of fresh build material and used build material. The method further includes presenting the output values of the property over the plurality of generations to enable selection of a recyclability ratio to use in building a part using the build material.
