    Abstract: A fluidic die may include a substrate supporting a fluid actuator address line and first and second groups of fluid actuators connected to the fluid actuator address line. The first group of fluid actuators may include first and second types of fluid actuators having different operating characteristics. The second group of fluid actuators may include the first and the second types of fluid actuators. The fluid actuators of the first and second groups have addresses such that a fluid actuator of the first type in the first group and a fluid actuator of the second type in the second group are both enabled in response to a single enabling event on the fluid actuator address line.

    Abstract: In some examples, a fluid ejection device comprises fluid nozzles arranged in a plurality of primitives, wherein a first primitive of the plurality of primitives is interdigitated with a second primitive of the plurality of primitives, the first primitive comprising a series of nozzles starting with a first nozzle of the first primitive, and the second primitive comprising a series of nozzles starting with a first nozzle of the second primitive. The fluid ejection device further comprises a plurality of addresses that designate respective nozzles of the series of nozzles of each primitive of the plurality of primitives, wherein a first address of the plurality of addresses designates the first nozzle of the first primitive and the first nozzle of the second primitive.

    Abstract: Nozzle layouts for printheads are described. In an example, a printhead includes a first set of drop ejectors having orifices with circular bores, and a second set of drop ejectors having orifices with non-circular bores. A processor receives printing data representing an image to be printed to media, and provides firing data to the printhead for activating the drop ejectors. The firing data selects the drop ejectors with the circular bores to print graphic elements of the image and selecting the drop ejectors with the non-circular bores to print textual elements or line elements of the image.
