When a plurality of services are enjoyed by a single terminal, a communication regulation caused by another service has influence on enjoyment of another service. A service provider and a mobile communication provider are affiliated with each other and newly provide an affiliated service in which a communication fee for a service use is borne by the service provider to a user. Conventional communication and affiliated service communication are performed on a single communication line of the user together, and communication control is performed in units of services such that a service quality of the affiliated service is maintained. It is implemented by affiliating a communication log and contract information between business operators and performing communication identification using user information at the time of a contract as a key.

Provided is an information processing system that is capable of quickly starting an application program even in a case where a computer resource pool is depleted, and of completing without reducing the quality of service even in the case of an application that is ended in a short amount of time. A management server manages computer resources and a usage state of the computer resource, and in a case where no computer resources is available, and an expected execution time of the application is less than or equal to a reference value, at the time of receiving a degree of parallel and the expected execution time of the application from a user, selects computer resource executing an application having a relatively small degree of deviation from an initial expected execution time, even in a case where a plurality of applications are temporarily simultaneously executed, and arranges and executes the application.

A processing system includes an allotment server to receive and distribute events to a plurality of processing servers and an entry server to set pieces of information to the allotment server used upon the plurality of processing servers executing data processing; the entry server divides the pieces of data into groups based on the data items; allots a message to the groups; and transmits the pieces of information on the types of events, the message, the data items and the processing servers whose pieces of data processing are grouped and stored to the allotment server; upon receiving the events, specifies the message corresponding to the received events based on the data items included in the received events and the stored data items; selects the processing server to which the specified message is to be transferred; and transfers the specified message to the selected processing server.

In a processing system including a data distribution server and multiple processing servers, the data distribution server transfers data to any one of the multiple processing servers, and the processing server includes a server determination information storage unit in which load information on each of the multiple processing servers is stored and an application specific transfer determination information storage unit in which a condition to be transferred peculiar to an application is stored. A processing server in question generates a message upon determining to have received data including information identifying the application, identifies the application upon determining to have received the message, selects any processing server based on the information stored in the server determination information storage unit and the application specific transfer determination information storage unit, and executes the application or transfers the message to the selected processing server according to the selected processing server.

To improve usability and a processing speed by waiting for a string of information associated with each other, and appropriately aggregating data satisfying a specific condition when outputting the data, and retaining and storing the aggregated data. In a case where a string of information originally associated with each other is arrival, separately, a data input/output unit determines a processing pattern on the basis of information on an input source. A data processing unit implements a processing condition for waiting for the associated information, individually, controls the storage of data in conformity with the processing condition, and aggregates and retains the string of data, and outputs an aggregation result. Also, the data processing unit can delete the string of unnecessary data in a lump.
