    摘要: A ball screw apparatus of a screw shaft circulating-type includes a nut having a first groove formed in an inner peripheral surface thereof, a screw shaft having a second groove formed in an outer peripheral surface thereof, and a plurality of rolling elements provided between the first and second grooves. A circulating groove is formed in the screw shaft so as to interconnect opposite ends in a spiral direction of the second groove of the screw shaft to form a closed-loop ball endless circulating passageway. Processing relief portions for preventing a processing tool of a rotary drive-type from interfering with the circulating groove when processing the second groove of the screw shaft by the processing tool are provided respectively at the opposite end portions in the spiral direction of the second groove of the screw shaft.

    摘要: A coupling for a reflectivity-measuring device connects a first shaft of a reflectivity-measuring device with a second shaft of a motor. The first shaft inserts into a first hole of a main portion of the coupling, and the second shaft inserts into a second hole of the main portion. The-main portion further comprises a third hole communicating with the first hole, a fourth hole communicating with the second hole; a first non-skid member and a second non-skid member. The first non-skid member inserts into the third hole and abuts the first shaft located inside the first hole. The second non-skid member inserts into the fourth hole and abuts the second shaft located inside the second hole.

    摘要: An internal-circulation-type ball screw includes a nut, a screw shaft, and two returning members. The nut has an internal-thread groove. The screw shaft passes through the nut and has an external-thread groove. The internally and external-thread grooves are aligned to form a helix channel. The screw shaft has a returning channel and two opposite receiving recesses. Each of the receiving recesses is radially communicated between the external-thread groove and the returning channel. The returning members are received in the receiving recesses of the screw shaft and each have a redirecting channel. The redirecting channel is connected between the helix channel and the returning channel, so that balls are allowed to circulate along the helix channel, the redirecting channel and the returning channel. Thereby, the internal-circulation-type ball screw provides good durability, reliability and smoothness in use.

    摘要: An axial displacement arrangement in the form of a ball screw and nut achieves a highly compact configuration by effecting ball recirculation entirely within the ball screw shaft. The ball recirculation portion of the ball screw shaft is axially short with respect to an elongated driven nut. As the nut is rotated, illustratively by an electric motor coupled thereto, the ball screw shaft is displaced axially along an axial support member. The axial support member has radially outward extending splines, and the ball recirculation portion of the ball screw shaft has radially inward extending splines, the inward and outward splines being arranged to face one another whereby a linear ball bearing region is formed. The linear ball bearing permits the ball recirculation arrangement and its associated actuation element to be displaced axially along the support element, but is precluded from rotating. A segmented ball recirculation end cap arrangement prevents the linear ball bearings from escaping axially from between the ball groove spline arrangement and the axial support element.
