Abstract: To provide a negative electrode for non-aqueous secondary battery, the negative electrode having excellent durability. A negative electrode for non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, wherein a multi-branched molecule is bonded to a surface of a negative electrode active material. Since direct contact of an electrolytic solution on a lithium insertion surface of a negative electrode active material is suppressed by disposing a multi-branched polymer on a surface of the negative electrode active material, it is possible to suppress decomposition of the electrolytic solution, whereby the growth of the SEI is suppressed.
Thereby, lithium consumption is reduced and long-term storage characteristics are improved, so that a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery having an improved capacity retention rate can be provided.-
