    Abstract: A reinforcement layer of a high-pressure vessel has a plurality of low helical layers. In at least one of the (i−1)-th low helical layer and the i-th low helical layer, the difference between the diameter of an opening formed in an end portion of the (i−1)-th low helical layer and the diameter of an opening formed in an end portion of the i-th low helical layer is equal to or larger than the width of the band-shaped fiber when an inclination angle WA of the band-shaped fiber is equal to or smaller than a second angle smaller than a first angle.

    Abstract: A winding section of a filament winding apparatus winds a fiber bundle around a filament-wound member. A tension acquisition part acquires a detected winding-tension value. A supply-speed acquisition part acquires a detected supply-speed value. A storage part stores correlation information in which an allowable determination range of winding tension is set in relation to the supply speed. A determination part determines whether the winding of the fiber bundle is successful or unsuccessful by comparing detected-value information, including the detected winding-tension value and the detected supply-speed value associated with each other, with the correlation information.

    Abstract: A high pressure vessel includes a liner that includes: a trunk section; and a converging section positioned in an end section of the high pressure vessel. A reinforced layer as a fiber layer is formed on an outer wall of the liner. This reinforced layer includes: an inner laminated section and an outer laminated section that have a low helical layer laminated therein; and an intermediate laminated section that interposes between these inner laminated section and outer laminated section. The intermediate laminated layer is configured having alternately formed therein: at least one layer of a hoop layer; and at least one layer of a high helical layer.

    Abstract: A stator core for a rotating electric machine includes a plurality of split cores. Each of the plurality of split cores includes a back yoke, a tooth, and a single caulking portion. When each of the plurality of split cores is seen in an axial direction, two inner circumferential-side intersections and two outer circumferential-side intersections are defined, both circumferential-end surfaces of the tooth intersect an inner circumferential surface of the back yoke at the two inner circumferential-side intersections, virtual lines drawn by extending both the circumferential-end surfaces of the tooth intersect an outer circumferential surface of the back yoke at the two outer circumferential-side intersections, a central position of the caulking portion is disposed in an opposing angular region on a radially outer side out of four opposing angular regions defined by lines diagonally connecting the two inner circumferential-side intersections to the respective two outer circumferential-side intersections.
