Abstract: A high pressure tank production apparatus includes a feeder for feeding reinforced fibers wound around a resin liner and a near infrared ray radiation unit inserted into the resin liner to radiate near infrared rays. The reinforced fibers wound around the resin liner absorb near infrared rays radiated from the radiate near infrared ray radiation unit by a near infrared absorber contained in the reinforced fibers. As a result, an outer layer made of fiber reinforced resin is formed to cover the resin liner.

Abstract: A filament winding apparatus winds, around a workpiece, a fiber bundle formed by bundling a plurality of fibers. The filament winding apparatus includes a widening roller that rotates while making contact with the fiber bundle that is being conveyed. The widening roller has, provided on the peripheral surface, a plurality of projecting ridges extending in the axial direction, the projecting ridges being arranged side by side in the circumferential direction. The projecting ridges make contact with the fiber bundle to thereby widen the fiber bundle.

Abstract: A winding section of a filament winding apparatus winds a fiber bundle around a filament-wound member. A tension acquisition part acquires a detected winding-tension value. A supply-speed acquisition part acquires a detected supply-speed value. A storage part stores correlation information in which an allowable determination range of winding tension is set in relation to the supply speed. A determination part determines whether the winding of the fiber bundle is successful or unsuccessful by comparing detected-value information, including the detected winding-tension value and the detected supply-speed value associated with each other, with the correlation information.

Abstract: A high pressure vessel includes a liner that includes: a trunk section; and a converging section positioned in an end section of the high pressure vessel. A reinforced layer as a fiber layer is formed on an outer wall of the liner. Abstract: A stator core for a rotating electric machine includes a plurality of split cores. Each of the plurality of split cores includes a back yoke, a tooth, and a single caulking portion.
