    Abstract: A hydrogen filling system of the present invention is provided with: a pressure accumulator; a pipe connecting the pressure accumulator and a hydrogen tank on a vehicle; a flow volume control valve, a pressure sensor, and a flow volume sensor with which the pipe is fitted; and a station ECU which operates the control valve under a predetermined filling condition. A gas filling method for filling hydrogen gas into the tank from the accumulator is provided with: a step of, after filling of the hydrogen gas has been started, calculating, using a detected value from the pressure sensor when the flow volume of hydrogen gas in the pipe has decreased, the value of a pressure loss coefficient correlated with a pressure loss caused in the pipe; and a step of changing the filling condition to a condition determined on the basis of the value of the pressure loss coefficient.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a gas filling method. The gas filling method includes the following steps: an effective heat mass calculation step, which uses the heat capacity of the piping and the detection value of the gas temperature sensor to calculate the value of the effective heat mass related to the temporary pressure loss caused by the piping before gas-filling is started; a pressure loss parameter calculation step, which uses the detection value of the pressure sensor when the flow rate of the gas in the piping changes to calculate the value of the pressure loss parameter related to the pressure loss caused by the piping after the gas-filling is started; and a filling condition changing step, which changes the filling condition into a condition that is defined based on the value of the pressure loss parameter and gas-filling is continued.

    Abstract: In order to provide a gas fueling method capable of suppressing overheating of a tank immediately after a start of fueling, in the gas fueling method, an accumulator and a hydrogen tank are coupled to each other with a gas flow passage. In a main fueling control at and after the timing t2, a sensor-based value MAT of a temperature parameter of a measurement position Q1 is calculated on the basis of a detection value of a first station temperature sensor, and the fueling control is performed on the basis of the sensor-based value MAT. In an initial fueling control at the timing t0 to t2, a prediction value MAT_pred of the temperature parameter is calculated at the timing t2 on the basis of an ambient temperature value, a mass flow rate value, and a heat capacity. The fueling control is performed on the basis of the prediction value MAT_pred.

    Abstract: A control method for a hydrogen filling system is provided. A hydrogen filling system (S) includes a vehicle (V) that sends unique information (V, MC) of the hydrogen tank and detected values (T, P) of sensors, and a station (9) that determines a filling mode based on this information (V, MC, P, T), and fills hydrogen to the tank in this determined mode. A station ECU (95) calculates predicted values (T′, P′) of the temperature and pressure inside of the hydrogen tank during filling of hydrogen based on the unique information (V, MC), continuously confirms whether the detected values (T, P) of the sensors and the predicted values (T′, P′) match while filling fuel, and in the case of an inconsistency between the detected values and predicted values being confirmed, interrupts filling of fuel in the filling mode determined based on the unique information.

    Abstract: To provide a gas filling method in which it is possible to estimate a volume of a tank with high accuracy even when the tank has a small volume. A hydrogen filling system includes a hydrogen station having a pressure accumulator of compressed hydrogen gas, a vehicle having a hydrogen tank, a connection tube system that connects the accumulator and the tank, and a flow rate sensor and a station pressure sensor provided on the connection tube system. A hydrogen gas filling method is a method of filling the tank with the hydrogen gas from the pressure accumulator and includes estimating a volume of the hydrogen tank based on detection values of the flow rate sensor and the station pressure sensor and a volume value of the connection tube system, after a start of filling of the hydrogen tank with the hydrogen gas from the pressure accumulator.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel filling system and a fuel filling method thereof that can determine the validity of information transmitted from a vehicle side while filling fuel with high accuracy. A hydrogen gas filling method of a hydrogen filling system includes: a step of filling hydrogen gas from a hydrogen station to a hydrogen tank under a predetermined filling control law (S2); and a determination step of determining whether a measurement error parameter corresponding to a difference between a filling amount of hydrogen gas calculated using information transmitted from the vehicle side and a filling amount of hydrogen gas calculated using a mass flow meter is within a predetermined permissible range (S9). In the filling step, the filling control law is changed after starting the filling of hydrogen gas, according to a determination result obtained in the determination step (S13 and S16).

    Abstract: In a gas filling method for filling a tank with gas by supplying the gas from an accumulator to the tank through a flow rate adjusting valve and a pipe, a target pressure rise rate, which is a temporal change of a target tank pressure, is set when the tank is filled with the gas. During filling of the tank with the gas, the flow rate adjusting valve is adjusted so that a dispenser pressure, which is a gas pressure in the accumulator, becomes a pressure that is higher than the target tank pressure and enables the target pressure rise rate to be maintained.
