Abstract: A high pressure tank includes: a liner made of resin and including a round tubular shaped cylinder portion; a first cap member connected to a first connecting end portion of the cylinder portion; a second cap member connected to a second connecting end portion of the cylinder portion; and a reinforcing layer including first reinforcing fibers hoop-wound along a circumferential direction of the cylinder portion. Reinforcing members are laid over the first cap member and the second cap member. The reinforcing members include second reinforcing fibers hoop-wound around the first cap member and the second cap member a plurality of times.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a high pressure tank having a reinforcing layer on an outer surface of a liner provided with dome portions at both end portions of a round tubular shaped body portion, the method including: a winding process of winding a fiber bundle containing a curable resin and having a predetermined tension on the outer surface of the liner; and a reinforcing layer forming process of forming the reinforcing layer by curing the curable resin contained in the fiber bundle wound around the outer surface, in which the winding process is performed so that the tensions of the fiber bundles at the both end portions are lower than a tension of the fiber bundle at a general portion of the body portion defined between the both end portions.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a liner includes a shaft preparation step. In the shaft preparation step, a shaft assembly is prepared in which an annular shaped first attachment and an annular shaped second attachment are attached to the outer circumferential portion of a tubular shaped shaft including an air supply hole. The method for manufacturing the liner further includes a parison supply step of arranging the shaft assembly on an inner side of a parison, and a blow molding step of closing a mold device, supplying air into the parison from the air supply hole to thereby cause the parison to expand, and obtaining a liner molded body. The method for manufacturing the liner further includes a detachment step of removing the shaft from the first attachment and the second attachment, and taking out the shaft to the exterior of the liner molded body.

Abstract: Provided is a high-pressure tank in which rupture strength of a reinforcement layer can be improved more surely than in a conventional technique. The high-pressure tank includes a liner having a hollow interior and a reinforcement layer formed on an outer surface of the liner. The reinforcement layer includes unit layers stacked on the outer surface of the liner. A unit layer includes a band-shaped fiber bundle (band B) which includes a curable resin and is wound around the liner such that the band-shaped fiber bundle (band B) is disposed in line along a width of the unit layer. The band-shaped fiber bundle (band B) widens as the unit layers are stacked from an inner peripheral portion of the reinforcement layer to an outer peripheral portion of the reinforcement layer.
