    Abstract: A control system is provided. The control system includes a ring device and a controller. The ring device includes an inertial measurement unit (IMU) sensor. The ring device is adapted to be worn on a finger of a user and the IMU sensor is configured to obtain sensor data. The controller is configured to receive the sensor data from the ring device and generate detection data based on the sensor data. The detection data is configured to indicate whether the ring device is rotated and whether the ring device is tapped. The controller is configured to perform a control operation in a virtual world displayed by the controller based on the detection data.

    Abstract: A tracking system is provided. The tracking system includes a three degree-of-freedom (3DoF) device, a camera, and a processor. The 3DoF device is adapted to be mounted on a control device worn or hold on a body portion of a user. The 3DoF device is configured to obtain sensor data from a 3DoF sensor of the 3DoF device. The camera is configured to obtain camera data. The camera data comprises an image of the body portion of the user or the control device as a tracking target. The processor is configured to: track the tracking target to generate a tracking result based on the sensor data and the camera data; determine the tracking target being static or not based on the tracking result; determine a target pose of the tracking target based on the tracking result; and calibrate an accumulative error of the 3DoF sensor in background.

The body tracking method includes: obtaining an environment map of a real world around a user; obtaining tracker data from a tracker, wherein the tracker is adapted to be mounted on a foot or a leg of the user; determining a ground shape of a foot location of the user based on the environment map and the tracker data; determining foot step information of the foot based on the ground shape; and determining a body pose of the user based on the foot step information.
