Abstract: A data transmission method and an apparatus are provided and relate to the field of terminal technologies to improve data transmission performance in neighbor awareness networking. The method may be applied to a first electronic device when connected to a first cluster of a first network and includes determining that a to-be-sent data frame exists in a discovery window. The first electronic device attends to sending the to-be-sent data frame in the discovery window.
