Abstract: A communications method includes: sending a scheduling request to a terminal device through a PDCCH, where the scheduling request indicates the terminal device to send data to a network device based on a preset time interval; in response to not receiving the data that is sent by the terminal device through a PUSCH, determining, based on measurement gap configuration information of the terminal device, whether a time point at which the terminal device does not send the data is within a measurement gap window; and if it is determined that the time point at which the terminal device does not send the data is within the measurement gap window, sending, to the terminal device, a redundancy version number used for a next HARQ retransmission.

Abstract: Data packet retransmission by a radio link control (RLC) protocol entity of a transmit end is described herein. The retransmission includes sending a target sequence number and a first data packet to a MAC entity of the transmit end and recording a quantity of times the target sequence number is transmitted to the MAC entity of the transmit end at an RLC layer. In accordance with receiving the target sequence number and a negative acknowledgement that are sent by the MAC entity, obtaining the RLC layer transmission count corresponding to the target sequence number. In accordance with determining the RLC layer transmission count is less than an RLC layer transmission threshold, sending a retransmission instruction based on the first data packet to the MAC entity. In accordance with a retransmission condition at the RLC layer being met, the RLC entity of the transmit end triggers retransmission at the RLC layer.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a scheduling method and a base station. In a cell handover process, a target base station serving a target cell receives a random access request from a terminal, sends a random access response to the terminal according to the random access request, and proactively sends an uplink grant to the terminal after sending the random access response and prior to receiving a handover complete command from the terminal. By proactively sending the uplink grant, the target base station can perform uplink scheduling for UE before cell handover is completed, so as to reduce an uplink transmission latency caused by the cell handover.

Abstract: Embodiments relate to the field of terminals and disclose a camera switching method for a terminal, and the terminal. In those embodiments, when the terminal is installed with a plurality of cameras, automatic and dynamic switching between the cameras may be implemented based on a to-be-photographed object, thereby improving a photographing effect of the to-be-photographed object. In those embodiment, the terminal may display, in response to a first operation of enabling a photographing function by a user, a first photographing picture captured by a first camera, where the first photographing picture includes a to-be-photographed object. If the to-be-photographed object cannot be displayed completely in the first photographing picture, the terminal may switch from the first photographing picture to a second photographing picture captured by the second camera, and disabling the first camera, where an FOV of the second camera is larger than an FOV of the first camera.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display method. In one example method, a display is covered by a transparent panel. A location on the transparent panel and corresponding to a first area of the display has a cylindrical curved surface. An optical deformation parameter of a first area of the display is obtained. According to the optical deformation parameter of the first area, a shape of first image data is converted to obtain second image data. The first image data is image data to be displayed in the first area. The second image data is displayed in the first area.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for displaying a menu on a user interface and a handheld terminal. The method includes: when a handheld terminal detects, in a full-screen immersive mode, a first touch operation that meets a first preset condition, obtaining a to-be-displayed overlay interface of an application program corresponding to the full-screen immersive mode, and determining controls on the interface and a display reference point corresponding to the single-hand hold mode; and adjusting a display position of the to-be-moved control, generating a new overlay interface according to an adjusted position of the control, and replacing the to-be-displayed overlay interface with the new overlay interface, where on the new overlay interface, a distance between the display position of the to-be-moved control and the display reference point is less than a specified threshold. The method and apparatus provided by the present invention resolve a problem of user operation inconvenience caused by an inappropriate method for displaying a menu on a user interface in the prior art.
