    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a network slice adjustment method and apparatus, applied to the network slice field. The method may include: A slice configuration network element receives service experience information from a terminal device that not only includes identifier information of a base station and identifier information of a network slice corresponding to a service, but also include quality of service indicator information and/or service user experience information. Then, the slice configuration network element may determine, based on the service experience information, that the base station corresponding to an identifier of the base station cannot meet the service, and adjusta network slice supported by the base station. Further, in embodiments of this application, configuration of the network slice supported by the base station may be automatically optimized, so as to avoid a case in which the service of a user is adversely affected.
