Abstract: A packet sending method includes: receiving, by a first node, a first broadcast data packet sent by a second node; and if a sequence number of the first broadcast data packet equals 1 plus a sequence number of a latest data packet saved by the first node, and the first node does not receive, within a first preset time period, a first acknowledgement indication for the first broadcast data packet of the second node, sending, by the first node, a first broadcast acknowledgement packet when the first preset time period elapses, where the first broadcast acknowledgement packet includes the first acknowledgement indication, and the first acknowledgement indication includes the sequence number of the first broadcast data packet and an address of the second node. This method could resolve acknowledgement packet implosion while ensuring broadcast packet reliability of a wireless mesh network.

Abstract: A metering device address management method performed by a collection terminal, includes: sending a first signal to a target metering device to instruct the target metering device to respond to an address protocol packet, and sending a second signal to remaining metering devices that are other than the target metering device and that are connected to the collection terminal to instruct the remaining metering devices not to respond to the address protocol packet; and broadcasting the address protocol packet, where the address protocol packet is used to query or set a physical address of the target metering device. Then the target metering device responds, according to the first signal, to the address protocol packet broadcast. Therefore, the collection terminal can automatically set and query the physical address of the metering device, to resolve a problem of manually configuring the physical address of the metering device.

Abstract: Example video frame processing methods and devices are described. One example video frame processing method includes detecting whether a first video frame is a scene switching frame. The method further includes, if the first video frame is the scene switching frame, continuing to display a second video frame, and switching display from the second video frame to the first video frame based on the first video frame meeting a preset display condition. The second video frame is a video frame that is last displayed before a bitstream of the first video frame is received.
