Abstract: A method includes: receiving first information, where the first information is used to instruct UE to send second information; obtaining a first parameter value, where the first parameter value indicates a location relationship between a first time domain resource and a second time domain resource, the first time domain resource is a time domain resource in which the first information is located, the second time domain resource is a time domain resource in which the second information is located, duration of the second time domain resource in time domain is not longer than one subframe, and an interval between the second time domain resource and the first time domain resource is shorter than four subframes; and determining the second time domain resource based on the first parameter value, and sending the second information on the second time domain resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a resource scheduling method and apparatus. The method includes: performing, by first UE, energy measurement on at least one first resource in a resource pool; determining, by the first UE based on an energy measurement result corresponding to the first resource, a probability of data being sent on the first resource; and sending, by the first UE, data based on the probability of data being sent on the first resource, where the first resource is a resource, in the resource pool, that is not indicated as being occupied. Using this resource scheduling method can reduce resource collision, thereby improving communication reliability.

One example method includes determining, by a terminal device, a first resource, where the first resource is some time-frequency resources in a first resource set, where the first resource set is all time-frequency resources that can be used to detect a first transmission resource. Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information transmission method, including: determining, by a user equipment (UE), first speed information of the UE; determining, by the UE, a transmission manner of control information based on the first speed information; and sending, by the UE, the control information in the transmission manner over a first link. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the UE may determine the transmission manner of the control information based on the first speed information. When the UE is high speed UE, an appropriate transmission manner can be selected for the high speed UE, thereby meeting a transmission requirement of the high speed UE and ensuring a transmission success rate.
