Abstract: This disclosure provides micro-electro-mechanical scanning mirror control methods, control apparatuses, and systems. One example control method includes generating a control signal, where the control signal is used to control a micro-electro-mechanical scanning mirror to project, in a target scanning manner, lasers corresponding to pixels in a to-be-scanned image, to output a projected image of the to-be-scanned image. The target scanning manner includes a first scanning manner and a second scanning manner, and the first scanning manner and the second scanning manner have different initial locations in the to-be-scanned image. The control signal is sent to the micro-electro-mechanical scanning mirror. The to-be-scanned image is scanned in the first scanning manner and the second scanning manner, that is, from at least two different directions.

Abstract: This application discloses a method and an apparatus for sending a virtual reality image, to improve accuracy of an image compression ratio determined when a virtual reality image is sent. The method includes: receiving, by a virtual reality host, first motion information sent by a virtual reality device, where the first motion information is used to indicate a current motion status of the virtual reality device; determining, by the virtual reality host, a first image compression ratio based on the motion information; compressing, by the virtual reality host, a to-be-sent virtual reality image based on the first image compression ratio; and sending, by the virtual reality host, the compressed virtual reality image to the virtual reality device.

Abstract: A photographing device and a method are provided for obtaining depth information, where a binocular manner and a structured light manner are combined, and full depth information of a target object can be obtained. The method may include: obtaining, when a distance between a target object and a photographing device is greater than an effective distance of a structured light manner, depth information of the target object by using a binocular manner; and obtaining, when the distance between the target object and the photographing device is less than an effective distance of the binocular manner, the depth information of the target object by using the structured light manner.
