Abstract: A magnetic induction communication-based vehicle control apparatus and method are disclosed. The apparatus includes a first coil (1001), a processor (1002), and a communications interface (1003). The first coil (1001) receives a signal of second coils (1004) laid along a lane. There is a preset relative location relationship between the first coil (1001) and the second coils (1004). When a vehicle equipped with the vehicle control apparatus deviates from a predetermined travel direction, the first coil (1001) generates an electromotive force signal based on a change in the relative location relationship between the first coil (1001) and the second coils (1004). The processor (1002) outputs a second signal based on the electromotive force signal, where the second signal is used to indicate the vehicle to adjust a running track to travel along the predetermined travel direction.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose encoding and decoding methods and apparatus related to the communications. One of the methods includes: obtaining, based on polar code rate matching, a subchannel corresponding to a punctured bit or a shortened bit; determine subchannels corresponding to an information bit and a check frozen bit that are different from the subchannel corresponding to the punctured bit or the shortened bit; determining that a subchannel corresponding to a frozen bit that is different from the subchannels corresponding to the information bit and the check frozen bit and the subchannel corresponding to the punctured bit or the shortened bit; performing, according to the subchannels corresponding to the information bit and the check frozen bit and the subchannel corresponding to the frozen bit, parity check encoding and polar encoding based on the information bit to obtain encoded information; and sending the encoded information.

Abstract: This application provides a HARQ feedback method and an apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device receives first indication information, where the first indication information indicates a first quantity of retransmissions of first data. The terminal device sends the first data by using a target quantity of retransmissions, where the target quantity of retransmissions is a smaller one of the first quantity of retransmissions and the second quantity of retransmissions. According to the method, data transmission is performed by using the determined target quantity of retransmissions, so that a delay caused by a HARQ can be reduced, resources can be saved, and power consumption can be reduced.

To-be-punctured bits indicated in the first puncturing sequence are obtained based on the information bit length N1, the quantity N of the encoded bits, and the quantity Q of the to-be-punctured bits, and are not generated randomly.
