Abstract: A multiphase parallel digital current (DC) to DC converter (DCDC) circuit includes a loop operational amplifier (EA) unit, N output-stage circuit units, and M drive units, where a drive unit corresponds to at least one output-stage circuit unit including a comparator (COMP) and a power stage circuit, an output end of the loop operational amplifier EA unit is connected to an input end of the drive unit, an output end of the drive unit is connected to an input end of a COMP in a corresponding output-stage circuit unit, and an output end of the COMP is connected to an input end of a power stage circuit in the same output-stage circuit unit, and an input end of the loop operational amplifier EA unit is connected to output ends of all the power stage circuits.

Abstract: A superposition operation circuit and a float-voltage digital-to-analog conversion circuit to superpose analog elements according to an indirect current superposition principle, where a voltage follower is implemented using a first operational amplifier such that an output end of the voltage follower is clamped to a voltage that is input to a positive-phase input end, namely, a to-be-superposed analog element. Then a current generation circuit converts a voltage signal to a current signal, a voltage drop for the current signal is generated on a first resistor coupled to an output end of the first operational amplifier, and the voltage drop is superposed on a voltage signal output by the first operational amplifier.

Abstract: A power supply circuit is disclosed. The circuit includes n capacitors, m power branches, and a control chip, where the m power branches include at least one first-type power branch and at least one second-type power branch, the first-type power branch includes a pre-boost topology structure and an open-loop topology structure connected in series to the pre-boost topology structure, the pre-boost topology structure is connected to the control chip, the pre-boost topology structure includes a straight-through state and a closed-loop state, and the control chip is configured to control, based on an output voltage of the power source, the pre-boost topology structure to switch between the straight-through state and the closed-loop state, so that the pre-boost topology structure pre-adjusts the output voltage of the power source and outputs a voltage range that meets a requirement of the open-loop topology structure.
