摘要: Disclosed is a video signal processing method comprising the steps of: acquiring a merge index which indicates a candidate for prediction of a current block among a plurality of candidates for the prediction of the current block, which are included in a merge candidate list; acquiring motion information of the current block on the basis of motion information corresponding to the candidate indicated by the merge index; when the motion information of the current block includes a plurality of motion vectors corresponding to a list of different reference pictures, comparing picture order count (POC) differences between each of the reference pictures corresponding to the plurality of motion vectors and the current picture including the current block; correcting the plurality of motion vectors on the basis of a result of the comparison; and reconstructing the current block on the basis of the plurality of corrected motion vectors.

摘要: A video signal processing method comprises the steps of: acquiring reference samples on a first side of a current block and reference samples on a second side thereof on the basis of pre-restored samples neighboring the current block; acquiring a direct current (DC) value for a prediction of the current block on the basis of a reference sample set composed of at least some of the reference samples on the first side and the reference samples on the second side, wherein the reference sample set includes the number of reference samples raised to a power of 2, obtained by excluding some of the reference samples on the first side and the reference samples on the second side, if the length of the first side and the length of the second side are different; and restoring the current block on the basis of the DC value.

The processor is configured to obtain a secondary transform kernel for a current block based on an intra prediction mode of the current block to which a secondary transform is applied, to obtain a secondary inverse transformed block by performing a secondary inverse transform on a top-left specific region of the current block using the secondary transform kernel, wherein the secondary inverse transform is an inverse transform of the secondary transform, and the secondary transform is a low frequency non-separable transform, to obtain a residual block of the current block by performing a primary inverse transform on the secondary inverse transformed block, wherein one or more coefficients of the top-left specific region of the current block are derived in a preset scan order and the preset scan order is a 4×4 up-right diagonal scan order regardless of a size of the current block.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a processing method of a video signal, the processing method comprising the steps of: scaling a transform coefficient for a current block on the basis of an intermediate scaling factor array; when the flag indicates that a low frequency non-separable transform is applied to the current block, obtaining a residual for the current block by applying an inverse transform of a non-separable transform and an inverse transform of a primary transform on the scaled transform coefficient, wherein the primary transform is a transform applied to a residual signal of a spatial domain before the low frequency non-separable transform; and reconstructing the current block on the basis of the residual and a predictor of the current block.
