摘要: Provided is a base wireless communication terminal that communicates with a Long Range (LR) wireless communication terminal supporting LR wireless communication. The base wireless communication terminal includes a transceiver and a processor. The processor is configured to set length information included in a non-LR preamble, which is a preamble for a non-LR wireless communication terminal that does not support LR wireless communication, to be longer than a length from a predetermined point in a Physical layer Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) to an end point of the PPDU, and transmits the PPDU including the non-LR preamble to the LR wireless communication terminal using the transceiver. In this case, the length information is information for indicating a length from a predetermined point in the PPDU to an end point of the PPDU.

摘要: A video signal processing device includes a processor. The processor is configured to obtain a secondary transform kernel for a current block based on an intra prediction mode of the current block to which a secondary transform is applied, to obtain a secondary inverse transformed block by performing a secondary inverse transform on a top-left specific region of the current block using the secondary transform kernel, wherein the secondary inverse transform is an inverse transform of the secondary transform, and the secondary transform is a low frequency non-separable transform, to obtain a residual block of the current block by performing a primary inverse transform on the secondary inverse transformed block, wherein one or more coefficients of the top-left specific region of the current block are derived in a preset scan order and the preset scan order is a 4×4 up-right diagonal scan order regardless of a size of the current block.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a processing method of a video signal, the processing method comprising the steps of: scaling a transform coefficient for a current block on the basis of an intermediate scaling factor array; when the flag indicates that a low frequency non-separable transform is applied to the current block, obtaining a residual for the current block by applying an inverse transform of a non-separable transform and an inverse transform of a primary transform on the scaled transform coefficient, wherein the primary transform is a transform applied to a residual signal of a spatial domain before the low frequency non-separable transform; and reconstructing the current block on the basis of the residual and a predictor of the current block.

摘要: Disclosed is a video signal processing method and device for encoding or decoding a video signal. More specifically, disclosed are a video signal processing method and a video signal processing device for performing the method, the method comprising: obtaining reference line information indicating a reference line for intra prediction of a current block among a plurality of reference lines comprising neighboring samples of the current block; determining, on the basis of the reference line information, an intra prediction mode for the current block among a plurality of intra prediction modes constituting an intra prediction mode set; and decoding the current block on the basis of a plurality of reference samples on the reference line according to the reference line information and the determined intra prediction mode, wherein the plurality of reference lines include a first reference line comprising neighboring samples on a line adjacent to the boundary of the current block and a second reference line comprising neighboring samples on a line spaced a distance corresponding to a predetermined number of samples apart from the boundary of the current block.
