Abstract: The invention relates to a cathode composition usable in a lithium-ion battery, to a process for the preparation of this composition, to such a cathode and to a lithium-ion battery incorporating this cathode.
The composition comprises an active material which comprises an alloy of lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxides, an electrically conductive filler and a polymeric binder, and it is such that said polymeric binder comprises at least one modified polymer (Id2) which is the product of a thermal oxidation reaction of a starting polymer and which incorporates oxygenated groups comprising CO groups, the composition being capable of being obtained by the molten route and without evaporation of solvent by being the product of said thermal oxidation reaction applied to a precursor mixture comprising said active material, said electrically conductive filler, said starting polymer and a sacrificial polymer phase.-

Abstract: A fluidic connection and fluid heating device for a fluid circuit, in particular for a motor vehicle, the device comprising a one-piece tubular body of plastic or composite material comprising at least one internal annular surface defining a fluid flow duct from an inlet to an outlet of the body and at least one external annular surface extending around the duct and on which is located at least one resistive heating element, wherein the resistive heating element is a resistive circuit which is formed in situ on the annular surface.

Abstract: Three-way heating shell, in particular for a motor vehicle fluid circuit, said shell being generally T-shaped or Y-shaped and comprising an inner passage having the same shape, in which passage a three-way fluid connection is intended to be housed, the shell being formed by two half-shells (10a) having the same shape which are attached to one another and together define the passage, the half-shells comprising semi-cylindrical surfaces (22, 24, 26) forming portions of the passage, the heating shell being characterised in that it comprises resistive heating circuits (28a, 28b) which are formed in situ on the semi-cylindrical surfaces.

Abstract: Polymer composition for an electrode, method, and a lithium-ion battery including same are provided. This composition includes an active material having a graphite usable in the anode, an electrically conductive filler and a cross-linked elastomer binder that includes a hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer (HNBR). The binder includes a non-hydrogenated acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer (NBR) and/or a HNBR with an acrylonitrile content that is at least 40% by weight and cross-linked by thermal oxidation. This method includes: a) mixing the active material, the binder in a non-cross-linked state and the electrically conductive filler, to obtain a precursor mixture of the composition, b) depositing the mixture on a metal current collector so that the mixture forms a non-cross-linked film, then c) thermal oxidation of the non-cross-linked film under an atmosphere containing oxygen at a temperature of between 200 and 300° C., to obtain the electrode in which the binder is cross-linked.
