An example system includes a microphone to detect a first acoustic signal including fan noise. The example system also includes a processor to: identify a tone in the first acoustic signal; and determine a gain to add to the first acoustic signal to mask the tone. In addition, the example system includes a sound transducer to present a second acoustic signal including the gain.

The microphone front chamber structure includes a shell and a microphone holder. The shell has a first hole. The microphone holder is disposed in the shell and has a second hole corresponding to the first hole. The first hole and the second hole form a front chamber. The first hole has a first width at a position farthest away from the microphone holder. The second hole includes first and second sections arranged along an axis. On the axis, the first section has a tapered width along the axis and away from the shell. The second section has a second width constant along the axis. The first width is greater than the second width. A voice reception device including the microphone front chamber structure is also provided.

摘要: A novel phantom-powered FET (field effect transistor) circuit for audio application is disclosed. In one embodiment of the invention, a novel phantom-powered FET preamplifier gain circuit can minimize undesirable sound distortions and reduce the cost of producing a conventional preamplifier gain circuit. Moreover, in one embodiment of the invention, one or more novel rounded-edge magnets may be placed close to a ribbon of a ribbon microphone, wherein the one or more novel rounded-edge magnets reduce or minimize reflected sound wave interferences with the vibration of the ribbon during an operation of the ribbon microphone. Furthermore, in one embodiment of the invention, a novel backwave chamber operatively connected to a backside of the ribbon can minimize acoustic pressure, anomalies in frequency responses, and undesirable phase cancellation and doubling effects.

The acoustic perforated sheet reduces and filters the frequency response of a specific frequency range of the microphone.

摘要: A system that suppresses a plurality of interferences of different types in a received audio signal. The system comprises one or more microphones and an audio controller. The one or more microphones are configured to detect the audio signal. The audio controller applies an interference estimation algorithm to the audio signal to generate an attenuation coefficient for each of the plurality of interferences of different types. The audio controller applies the attenuation coefficients to the audio signal to generate an interference-suppressed audio signal in which the plurality of interferences of different types is suppressed. The audio controller determines a time domain signal based on the interference-suppressed audio signal to provide to an end user.

The operations may also include, for each test frequency of a plurality of test frequencies and for each test phase of a plurality of test phases, generating a second audio signal having the test frequency and the test phase, outputting, using the speaker, the second audio signal, receiving, using the microphone, a combined audio signal being a combination of the first audio signal and the second audio signal, determining an amplitude of the combined audio signal, and determining that the predetermined frequency is within a threshold range of the test frequency when the amplitude of the combined audio signal is below a threshold.
