    Abstract: A filter device is disclosed comprising a filter which is used to clean a fluid flow of particulate contamination in a specifiable flow direction, having a fluid inlet for supplying an unfiltered medium flow, a fluid outlet for removing a filtrate flow, and a discharge opening for discharging a backflushing fluid produced while backflushing the filter against the specifiable flow direction using a backflushing device, wherein as the particulate contamination being cleaned out of the fluid flow by the filter increases, the differential pressure between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet increases, characterised in that a valve device is arranged downstream of the discharge opening, viewed in the fluid flow direction, said valve device regulating the discharge rate of backflushing fluid as a function of the differential pressure.

    Abstract: A filter device for cleaning particulate contaminants from a fluid flow, includes a plurality of filter elements (34, 60) accommodated in filter chambers (12, 14, 32) as components of a joint filter housing (10) and grouped around a backwash device (20) having a piston accumulator (56) for receiving a backwash fluid. In the storage housing (64) of the piston accumulator, a piston (57) is guided in a longitudinally movable manner, is controlled by a pressure medium, and passes on the backwash fluid stored in the storage housing (64) on to at least one filter element (60) to be backwashed for cleaning purposes via a backwash device (20). The backwash device also discharges the backwash fluid from the filter device. A specific filter element as a bypass filter element (34) is selected from the plurality of filter elements (34, 60), and exclusively removes particles after a changeover device (18) has been actuated, while the other filter elements (60) are excluded from this removal process.

    Abstract: A system for filtering fluids includes a primary filter (2) having at least one filter element that can be penetrated in one direction during the filtration process and can be penetrated in the opposite direction for a backflushing process. An aftertreatment device (36) is mounted downstream of the primary filter (2) for the backflushed quantities discharged by the primary filter to be processed and includes at least one filter chamber (11) that holds the backflushed quantities and that has a fluid inlet, a fluid outlet and at least one aftertreatment filter element (19). A control device (9) delivers one portion of the backflushed quantity at a time to the associated aftertreatment filter element (19).

    Abstract: The invention relates to a filter device, in particular for filtering lubrication, consisting of at least one filter insert (19), in which a respective filter material (27) is received and which is provided with fluid passage points (70) that are delimited by wall parts (63) of the filter insert (19) and with a backflush device (37, 49) that has at least one flush nozzle (49), said flush nozzle being movable along the interior of the respective pairable filter insert (19) by means of a hollow drive shaft (37). The invention is characterized in that at least one pair of flush nozzles (49) is provided for each filter insert (19, 21), said flush nozzles having longitudinal slots (73, 74) which are arranged one over the other in the axial direction of the drive shaft (37), wherein the longitudinal slots have an offset relative to one another which runs transversely to the axial direction such that for adjacent flush nozzles (49), at least one part of the longitudinal slot (73) of one flush nozzle (49) overlaps with at least one of the fluid passage points (70) of the pairable filter insert (19, 21) and at least one part of the longitudinal slot (74) of the other flush nozzle (49) at least partly overlaps with the wall parts (63) which delimit the aforementioned fluid passage point of the filter insert (19, 21).
