Abstract: An overheat prevention method includes an rpm comparison step of comparing an engine revolution per minute (rpm) speed with a preset rpm speed by a controller when requiring an engagement of an engine clutch, a temperature comparison step of comparing a temperature of a transmission clutch with a preset temperature by the controller when it is determined that the engine rpm speed is less than the preset rpm speed at the rpm comparison step, and a serial drive mode control step of releasing the engine clutch and engaging the transmission clutch, and controlling a hybrid starter generator (HSG) to charge a battery using engine power to provide driving power to a motor by the controller when it is determined that the temperature of the transmission clutch is higher than the preset temperature at the temperature comparison step.

Abstract: A cylinder block includes an extension portion that is shaped to extend toward the cylinder liner and is formed on an end portion of the cylinder block so as to form a surface contact with a head gasket. In particular, the cylinder liner includes an end portion forming an accommodation groove portion that is shaped to correspond to the extension portion, and a part of the end portion of the cylinder liner is supported on a circumferential surface of the extension portion and is linked to the accommodation groove portion. In addition, the part of the end portion of the cylinder liner forms a surface contact with the head gasket.

Abstract: A regenerative braking control system and a regenerative braking control method using a paddle shift of a hybrid vehicle, include a paddle switch including a first paddle shift for a down shift and a second paddle shift for an up shift, a first controller electrically connected to the paddle switch and configured to determine a deceleration control amount of regenerative braking for stopping the vehicle as a hold operation of the first paddle shift is input, and a second controller electrically connected to the first controller and configured to control a motor torque for the regenerative braking according to the deceleration control amount determined from the first controller and to control hydraulic braking of the vehicle to be executed when reaching a stop state of the vehicle.
