The impact beam is mounted at a lateral portion of each door in a vertical direction of a vehicle body and supports the door in the vertical direction. An upper end of the impact beam extends to support a roof panel and a lower end of the impact beam extends to a lower roller mounting portion. The impact beam is bent in an L shape and a T shape based on a curvature of the door.

摘要: A structure and method for mounting a flag-type side mirror securely fastens the flag-type side mirror on a door panel of a vehicle. The method includes: passing a wiring mounted to the flag-type side mirror through through-holes formed in an outer belt rail, a quadrant reinforce, and an inner panel of the door; placing the flag-type side mirror at a position to be installed; arranging a mirror neck of the flag-type side mirror to abut on the quadrant reinforce through an outer panel of the door; passing a fastening member through the outer belt rail and the quadrant reinforce; and fastening the fastening member to an end of the mirror neck by operating a tool in a direction from inside to outside of the vehicle.

摘要: A structure of a sliding trim cover is for opposite sliding doors and includes: a center rail mounted at a center inside the opposite sliding doors in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle body; a trim unit including an upper trim and a lower trim to surround the center rail to prevent the center rail from being exposed to the outside; an opening between the upper trim and the lower trim; a center roller, which includes a fixing unit and a rolling unit, the center roller being coupled to the center rail through the opening; and a sliding trim cover with one end connected to the rolling unit. The sliding trim cover slides in parallel with the center rail to open or close the opening when the door is opened or closed. The sliding trim cover opens the opening when the door is opened and completely closes the opening when the door is closed.

摘要: A sealing structure for a vehicle door seals a gap between a door and body of the vehicle and includes a sealed portion as a gap between the body and a door inner pane. A body weather strip is mounted at a first side of a lateral most portion of the sealed portion along a rim of an opening portion of the body and seals the gap between the body and door. An upper weather strip is mounted at a second side of the lateral most portion of the sealed portion along a roof panel and seals gaps between the roof panel, body, and door. A door weather strip is mounted in the sealed portion between the body and upper weather strips to be spaced apart from the body and upper weather strips, extends along the rim of the opening portion, and seals the gap between the body and door.

摘要: A weather strip structure for vehicle may include a body weather strip mounted on an opening flange and sealing a gap between a vehicle body and the doors; and an upper weather strip mounted on a roof panel and sealing a gap between the roof panel and the vehicle body; a bent portion into which a cowl cross bar is inserted and which is curvedly mounted along the vehicle body at a lateral side of a mounting unit mounted on the vehicle body; a rectilinear portion which rectilinearly connects end portions of the bent portion along the opening flange; and a frame portion which is connected to intersection points between the bent portion and the rectilinear portion and defines a frame of the body weather strip, wherein a hollow space is formed between the rectilinear portion and the bent portion, and the mounting unit is positioned inside the hollow space.
