摘要： An apparatus for moving the pinch roller and the magnetic head of a tape recorder into their operative positions comprises a small size motor which supplies a drive to a pair of drive and driven members such as the combination of a pinion and a rack. The drive is transmitted via the pair of members to a movable member which carries the pinch roller and magnetic head, thus moving the pinch roller and the magnetic head to their operative positions.

摘要： A tape cassette lid opening device for a magnetic recording tape driving apparatus provided with a tape cassette loading section for receiving a tape cassette and a capstan projecting from the bottom surface of said tape cassette loading section, comprises a tape cassette lid and a tape cassette lid opening mechanism. The tape cassette lid is pivotally mounted on the magnetic recording tape driving apparatus and is pivotable between a first position, in which the tape cassette lid covers the tape cassette loading section, and a second position, in which the tape cassette lid permits the loading of said tape cassette into the tape cassette loading section and unloading of the tape cassette from the tape cassette loading section. The tape cassette lid opening mechanism includes a motor which causes the pivotal motion of the tape cassette lid from said first position to said second position by means of the driving force of the motor.

摘要： A tape recorder comprises a control motor disposed separately of a tape driving motor and controlled by a control switch; a cam shaft to which the driving force of the control motor is transmitted; a head support plate for supporting a magnetic head, and a pinch roller or the like and which is movable between a first position in which the magnetic head is in contact with the magnetic tape and the tape is clamped between the pinch roller and the capstan shaft and a second position in which the magnetic head is not in contact with the tape and the tape is not clamped between the pinch roller and the capstan shaft; a biasing member for biasing the head support plate toward the first position; and a press cam secured to the cam shaft and to which a support plate is biased by the biasing force of the biasing member. The press cam, by its unitary rotation with the cam shaft, controls the position of the head support plate against the biasing force of the biasing member. The tape recorder further comprises a control cam secured to the cam shaft and coupled to the control switch to change over the control switch by unitary rotary rotation with the cam shaft and the press cam.

摘要： A tape recorder comprises an operating device including a tape feed switching member which is provided with an abutment surface adapted for engagement with a playback actuating member to prevent the switching member from being locked in a review position when the playback actuating member is in its playback position, brake means including a braking member responsive to each of a record actuating member, a rapid tape advance actuating member or a tape rewind actuating member for applying a braking action upon a tape supply shaft, and an ejector including a cover opening and cassette ejecting member which is responsive to an operation of a magnetic head carrying member for performing the opening of a cover of a tape cassette receiving chamber and the ejection of a tape cassette therefrom in two steps. The provision of the operating device in the manner mentioned above prevents the tape feed switching member from being locked in a review position when a review operation is desired during a playback operation. The braking means is effective to apply a braking action only upon the tape supply shaft except when the tape is being fed. The ejector permits only the cover of the cassette receiving chamber to be opened during the operation of the tape recorder, and allows the tape cassette to be ejected only when the tape recorder is at rest.
