The organic light emitting device includes a display unit including a plurality of subpixels, a host memory unit that stores image data received from the outside by the frame, a data adjusting unit that fetches the image data frames stored in the host memory unit by the bit and converts one frame into a plurality of subfields and one display memory unit that stores the image data frame converted into the plurality of subfields by the data adjusting unit.
