The clip 5 is composed of an electrically conductive plastic and has an electrical contact 9, 12 which is connected to the clip 5 in an electrically conductive way, which electrical contact 9, 12 is arranged on the clip 5 in such a way that as the lever arm 8 pivots said contact 9, 12 describes a circular path on the substrate 4.
