摘要: The present invention relates to a method and device for monitoring a lithographic process of an integrated circuit. In a first step a design for an integrated circuit is provided. The integrated circuit comprises at least an integrated circuit transistor pair having a gate of a first transistor connected to a gate of a second transistor. The gate of the second transistor is designed such that it has a predetermined overlap with respect to a source and a drain of the second transistor. A detection circuit is connected to the at least an integrated circuit transistor pair for detecting if in operation functionality of the second transistor of each of the at least an integrated circuit transistor pair is one of a transistor and a short circuit. The integrated circuit is then manufactured in dependence upon the desogn. After manufacturing, the detection circuit is used to determine the functionality of the second transistor of each of the at least an integrated circuit transistor pair.

摘要: A pulse-based memory read-out device, including: a pulse generator at a first end of a bit line and a detector at a second end of the bit line. The pulse generator is configured to send an electrical pulse along the bit line from the first end of the bit line. The detector is configured to: detect the electrical pulse at the second end; and output a digital signal representing a current state of a selected memory cell in the bit line, wherein the digital signal is based on an amplitude of the electrical pulse at the second end.

摘要: The invention refers to a device, a method and a computer program product for extracting motion information from a sequence of video frames. Existing solutions for extracting motion information from sequence of video frames need a massive computing power which make it difficult and expensive to implement a real-time system. It is therefore an object of the invention to simplify such a device and to provide a real-time embedded system. It is suggested to provide a device comprising a digital video camera 1. The video camera 1 includes a processing unit 3 for processing video frames grabbed by the video camera 1. The processing uses a 3D recursive search block matching algorithm to extract the motion information from the video frames. The device can be used for traffic surveillance applications, e.g. for determining the speed of vehicles on the streets and roads.
