摘要： An apparatus and method for automatically tracking an object is provided. The apparatus for performing the method includes a camera having a zoom lens, an automatic focus lens, and a charge coupled device for converting an image of an object input via the lens into electrical signals. The camera is mounted on a camera supporter to rotate the camera around a first axis and the axis perpendicular to the first axis. The supporter includes holes and sensors for detecting the rotational limit of the camera in the horizontal and vertical directions. A pan/tilt controller detects a motion vector of the object, and controls the camera to move in the direction and degree corresponding to the detected motion vector. A zoom focus controller performs a zooming operation to expand an object search region of the camera whenever the camera reaches the limit of the rotational range in at least one direction, and adjusts an automatic focusing lens. A system controller connected to the pan/tilt controller and zoom/focus controller initializes a camera in order to automatically track a moving object and controls the operations sequence of each functional block.

摘要： An apparatus and method for retrieving image information in a computer. A controller receives a schematic image inputted by a user and normalizes the input image to an image of a constant size. A feature vector of each sub block of the normalized image is extracted, and the extracted feature vector is quantized to one of representative values of a determined number within feature vector space. An image profile indicating the frequency of occurrence of the feature vector of the input image is generated with respect to a quantizing level. A profile of the input image is compared with a profile of each image in an image data base part. An image corresponding to a profile whose similarity is within a reference value is displayed.

Also, a vaccine composition for the prevention and treatment of obesity, comprising the immunogenic hybrid polypeptide is disclosed, along with a polynucleotide encoding the immunogenic hybrid polypeptide, a recombinant expression vector carrying the polynucleotide, a host cell anchoring the recombinant expression vector, and a method for producing the immunogenic hybrid polypeptide by culturing the host cell transformed with the recombinant expression vector.
