For the change of the radial spacing between the object and the probe with the test head rotating, externally controllable e.g. by a sensor for irregularities, the device has a switching device with two inherently stable switching states, whereof one can correspond to a testing position near the object and another to a raised position further removed from the object and which can be rapidly set for protecting the probes.

This is achieved by the following: (a) determining, for each resource, a respective time interval of availability during which the respective resource is continuously available, each time interval being limited by the fixed date, (b) calculating, for each determined time interval of availability, a respective largest possible number of times the respective process step can be performed by the respective resource, and (c) selecting the lot size of units to the minimum of the largest possible numbers.

    摘要: A method and system for managing inventory in a multiple level distribution chain by applying optimization algorithms to a range profile constructed from a formulation of the distribution network and the various elements factored in the network. A formal definition of the optimization problem is defined and several algorithms are proposed for the maximization of the range of coverage profiles. The optimization process minimizes transportation costs and avoid bottlenecks. However, if bottlenecks were to occur, the system prioritizes demands and provides an optimal solution for a monotone distribution of products. The basic function presented involves the steps of initializing the range of coverage profile with a starting value; computing the necessary in-flows necessary to fulfill the profile constraints; constructing the cheapest flow for these demands using a minimum-cost algorithm; and lowering or enlarging the range of coverage profiles until a solution is found.
