摘要： A system and method for document transformation and recordation is provided. Documents for a transaction of real property are identified based on a jurisdiction in which the real property is located. Each document includes a plurality of data fields and each data field is associated with a data field identifier. A data value is received in at least one of the data fields of one or more of the documents. The data fields in the documents associated with the data field identifiers that match the data field identifiers of the data fields in which the data values are received are identified. The identified data fields are automatically populated with the data values based on the data field identifiers associated with the data values. A completeness rule is applied to the documents by verifying whether all required documents for completing the transaction in the jurisdiction are satisfied by the documents.

The cloud processing unit is configured to determine one of a fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm and a non-fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm to be executed by the cloud processing unit according to a temporary car-hailing order message; execute the one of the fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm and the non-fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm to generate a stop message corresponding to a stop station according to a dispatch parameter set from the memory, and generate a stop number set corresponding to the first vehicle according to the stop message; and execute the one of the fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm and the non-fixed vehicle dispatching algorithm to generate a dispatch message according to the dispatch parameter set, and generate a dispatch vehicle number set corresponding to the second vehicle according to the dispatch message.

The processing is configured to select an alert from among a plurality of possible alerts. The crowd sourced data is configured to influence a confidence level for selecting the alert. The method includes sending a notification of the alert to the user account. The notification includes a recommended solution for handling the alert.
