摘要： A wireless communication system using channel access based on a contention approach and method thereof is disclosed, which allocates plural sets of time slots in a predetermined contention interval, wherein each set of time slots further includes plural adjacent overlapped time slots. A channel requester transmits a contention message to a channel allocator at a time slot based on an interleaved method after the channel requester completes count down of a predetermined time, so that the positions of the headers of the contention messages in the adjacent time slots of each set of time slot are different. Thus, if the contention message transmitted by the channel requester collides with the contention message of the adjacent time slot, the channel allocator can parse the headers of the collided contention messages and respectively allocate plural special channel times for communicating with the channel requesters.

摘要： An apparatus, a transmission method, and a tangible machine-readable medium thereof for relaying a data signal in a multi-hop relay network are provided, wherein the multi-hop relay network comprising a plurality of relay stations. The apparatus comprises a storage module, a receiving module, and a transmission module. The storage module is configured to store a message of the multi-hop relay network, the message indicating a relation between the apparatus and the relation stations. The receiving module is configured to receive the data signal. The transmission module is configured to transmit the data signal and a first response signal according to the message in response to the data signal, wherein the first response signal relates to a correctness of the data signal.

摘要： A method, a wireless communication system, a tangible machine-readable medium, and a communication apparatus for transmitting a bandwidth (BW) allocation based on a multi-hop relay standard are provided. The wireless communication system comprises a BS and at least one RS. The BS transmits the at least one particular channel descriptor to the at least one RS. The least one RS transmits at least one Ack to the BS for replying the at least one particular channel descriptor. Finally, the BS transmits the at least one BW allocation to the at least one RS according to the at least one Ack in a predetermined interval.

摘要： A method, a wireless communication system, a tangible machine-readable medium, and a communication apparatus for transmitting uplink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) packets based on a multi-hop relay standard are provided. The wireless communication system comprises a BS, an SS, and a plurality of RSs. The RS transmits a plurality of first uplink HARQ packets to the RSs. After receiving one of the first uplink HARQ packets, at least one of the RSs replies a first ACK to the BS and retrieves a second uplink HARQ packet in the first uplink HARQ packet. Then, the at least one of the RSs transmits the second uplink HARQ packet to the BS. And the second uplink HARQ packet is the same as a part of one of the first uplink HARQ packets.

摘要： A base station (BS), a subordinated station (SS) and the transmission methods thereof for use in a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) network are provided. The BS stores resource allocation information about the MIMO network and an SS list, and generate a super frame according to the resource allocation information and the SS list. The super frame comprises a pilot pattern which comprises a plurality of pilots and data. The BS and SS both considers the pilot pattern as an identifier of the SS. When there are communications occurred between the BS and the SS, the BS/SS will confirm whether the pilot pattern of the super frame matches the identifier of the SS to reduce interference from other stations in the MIMO network.

摘要： A base station (BS), a subordinated station (SS) and the transmission methods thereof for use in a multi-input multi-output (MIMO) network are provided. The BS stores resource allocation information about the MIMO network and an SS list, and generate a super frame according to the resource allocation information and the SS list. The super frame comprises a pilot pattern which comprises a plurality of pilots and data. The BS and SS both considers the pilot pattern as an identifier of the SS. When there are communications occurred between the BS and the SS, the BS/SS will confirm whether the pilot pattern of the super frame matches the identifier of the SS to reduce interference from other stations in the MIMO network.
