    摘要: A method and apparatus for labeling an image recorded by a portable electronic device with descriptive tags is disclosed. Sounds in the vicinity of the portable electronic device are recorded. When the image is captured, the audio record of recorded sounds from a first predetermined period of time prior to the capture of the image until a second predetermined period of time after the capture of the image is retrieved. The retrieved audio record is processed to create a list of recognizable words in the retrieved audio record. The list of recognizable words is then stored in a metatag field associated with the captured image.

The hand-off controller is operatively coupled to the application server and configured to recognize that a surrogate device has connected to the application server via a second network connection; recognize that the surrogate device is intended to participate in the application session in the place of the mobile device; enable data communications directed to the mobile device from the application server, in relation to the application session, to be sent to the surrogate device; and enable data communications directed to the application server from the surrogate device, in relation to the application session, to be sent to the application server, whereby the surrogate device is able to continue the application session with the application server in place of the mobile device.

    摘要: A mobile device for operation within a service provider's wide area wireless network system comprises a wireless communication system, a circuit switched application, and an IP application. The circuit switched application receives circuit switched call signaling from the wireless service provider network. The circuit switched call signaling comprises an MSISDN identifying the origin of a circuit switched call. The IP application determines whether the origin of the circuit switched call is capable of internet protocol communications by querying a contact database (or receiving an alert from the service provider network) to determine whether the MSISDN identifying the origin of the circuit switched call is associated with a unique uniform resource identifier. If the origin of the circuit switched call is capable of internet protocol communications, initiating an internet protocol communication thereto.

The multi-dimensional representation may be set in at least two states, each representing an expression and to be controlled by commands. Furthermore, the control unit may determine a second image to be used in the process and determine whether the second image is associated with the first image; analyze the second image to determine a first expression of the second image; and create an expression command based on the first expression. The expression command may be used to control the multi-dimensional representation to be set in a first state presenting the determined first expression.
