摘要: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing custom shaped hearing instruments by arranging virtually all components of said hearing instrument within the shape of the shell to define the final locations of said components. Subsequently, support elements as support structure within the shell according the final locations of the components will be generated digitally, for manufacturing said shell using a digital printing technique considering the digitally processed data from said antecedent steps. Then, connecting the components together with any necessary wiring, placing the components into the manufactured shell at its designated locations into the respective support elements, placing and attaching a cover plate onto said opening of said shell, thereby clamping said components between the cover plate and the shell or the support elements respectively. By applying the present method, there is advantageously no need of designing and using a faceplate which comprises a lot of the components of the hearing instrument.

摘要: The present invention relates to a medicinal product with a textile component such as a wound compress having a surface containing a multiplicity of openings arranged in at least two hole patterns. The diameter of one opening of one hole pattern deviates from the diameter of an opening of another hole pattern by about at least a factor of 5. Better wound healing is achieved by adapting the structural and mechanical characteristics of the medicinal product to the characteristics of the target tissue.

摘要: There is proposed a method and system for hearing protecting individuals, especially musicians. Thereby, such an individual is equipped with a hearing device (3, 5), the attenuation of acoustical signals impinging on such hearing device to signals transmitted towards the ear drum (8) is adjustable. There is provided a remote control unit (9), the output thereof being operationally connected to an attenuation control input (C3) of the device (3). The remote control unit (9) is thereby operated differently than by the hands of the individual (1) which are frequently busy.

The advantage of applying a hydrophobic coating is that certain gas permeability can be maintained, so that a gas exchange between the interior of the housing and the environment is possible.

摘要: The present invention relates to an encapulated hearing device (50), e.g. for long-term wear, in which an electronics module (10) is encapsulated into a thermoformed hull (30) by means of an appropriate adhesive (41). This thermoformed hull (30) acts as an improved barrier between the electronics module (10) and the environment of the inner ear, reducing the risk of moisture reaching electrical components.
