Therefore, vibration is transferred to the case through the collision. Accordingly, it is possible to implement a miniaturized vibration actuator capable of generating a sufficiently sensible vibration.

Therefore, magnetic force exerted between the moving part and the fixed part is allowed to function as a suspension. Therefore, it is possible to solve a problem, that is, reduction in the amplitude caused from the suspension. In addition, an air damper structure that air in upper and lower space of the moving part is used as a damper is provided, so that it is possible to obtain a wide frequency band.
