摘要: An electrical cable according to the present invention is suitable for high-voltage circuits used in fixed-type apparatuses such as office or home appliances. The cable includes a reinforcing thread, which is baked with a fluorocarbon rubber paint, to form a small-diameter cable core portion. The cable core portion is wound with a conductive wire having a wire core portion and a semi-electroconductive wire-coating. Because the conductive wire includes the semi-electroconductive coating, it can be wound densely. As a result, the electrical cable as a whole can be made thinner, while maintaining a high noise-suppressing effect.

摘要: An electrical cable for high-voltage circuits is used in fixed type apparatuses such as office or home appliances. The electrical cable includes a tubular core portion formed of fluorine rubber and a magnetic material mixed therewith. The tubular core portion is wound with a conductive wire. The diameter of the conductive wire is set to be about 40 &mgr;m at the most, so that number of spirals can be more than about 10,000 spirals/m. Under these conditions, even when the electrical cable is flexed, spirals of the conductive wire are prevented from being superposed or stacked. The electrical cable can thus be provided with a high impedance and prevented from noise penetration.

摘要: In order to radiate heat so that a wire does not experience smoking before a fuse blows out, a wire 10 is formed by covering a core 13 made of conductive wires with an insulation sheath 12. The insulation sheath 12 is made of a radiating insulation material having a high thermal conductivity obtained by mixing one or more of silica, alumina, magnesium oxide, boron nitride and beryllium oxide with poly vinyl chloride.

摘要: A card-type connector, for use in cooperation with a socket, comprising an insulation board provided with grooves on its first and second faces. Electrical conductors are in the grooves and extend onto the first and second faces, bending around a first end of the board. A cover protecting a second end of the board, spaced apart from the first, includes the ends of the electrical conductors on each of the faces. When the connector is inserted into the socket with its second end leading, the electrical terminals of the socket first ride on the cover, and then contact the electrical conductors, thereby avoiding the peeling off or movement of the conductors resulting from the insertion. The connector may include a second cover between the first and second ends of the board and a cap at the first end. Preferably, the electrical conductors are fusible cut-out elements.

摘要: Separating walls are formed between adjacent grooves on the surface of a base. Circuits including fusible strips are mounted in the grooves. Thereafter, the separating walls are crushed so that they overlie the strips, retain them in the grooves, and protect them against foreign particles. Thus, if such a particle manages to impact a strip, no short-circuit will result, even if the strip should begin to peel.
