摘要： A display controller which prevents the duplication of functional parts and processes and which displays dynamic content on a plurality of displays is provided. A terminal used as the controller has a shared dynamic image decoder which decodes the dynamic content. A first frame buffer used by the terminal stores the decoded dynamic content. A buffer transfer unit sends the dynamic content stored in the first frame buffer to a second frame buffer used by an external monitor. A terminal display displays the dynamic content stored in the first frame buffer on a display of the terminal. An external monitor interface displays the dynamic content stored in the second frame buffer on an external monitor.

The server (101) comprises: a transmission data generator (116) for causing an independently decodable key frame to be added with at least one difference frame following the key frame to create data of one transmission unit, and generating a buffering key frame added with information on the data of one transmission unit, the information including a frame number; and an output unit (114) for transmitting, with transmission timing of the key frame, a buffering key frame generated with a key frame that should be transmitted with the transmission timing, and transmitting an arbitrary frame with transmission timing of the difference frame. This can reduce buffering time for switching a terminal to play a stream between a plurality of terminals, allowing the switching to be done smoothly.

When receiving the first call reception state report, the first computer sends the exchange a prescribed telephone circuit control instruction for a call directed to the first telephone. When receiving the prescribed telephone circuit control instruction, the exchange performs a telephone circuit control for the call directed to the first telephone according to the prescribed telephone circuit control instruction.

Further, when the terminal (104) switches the radio access network control apparatus (102) with which the terminal (104) communicates, the target radio access network control apparatus (102b) switches a transmission line of a data to be transmitted to the terminal (104) from a wireless data to a packet data in the source radio access network control apparatus (102a), and from the source packet data to a target packet data in a synchronized manner at each timing. This reduces traffic which occurs when switching a radio access network control apparatus to be communicated while the terminal moves between cells and prevent packet interruption in a wireless access network providing packet transmission service.

The filter information generated by the filter setting section (206) is sent to the WLAN access network through the WLAN communication section (201). Thus, traffic in a network such as a WLAN in an interworking system between networks such as a mobile communication network and a WLAN can be reduced.
